Welcome to Kern Educational Consulting. I am Dr. Michael Kern, a seasoned school psychologist and Director of Student Support with extensive experience in K-12 education, learning, mental health, and student support. I specialize in enhancing the learning and growth of children and adolescents, and helping school communities better understand how students learn and grow. I aim to partner with school communities, administrators, families, and faculty to develop understanding of students and to create robust student support systems that cater to diverse learning needs.



My approach is tailored and evidence-based, designed to foster environments where students, families, and faculty thrive. I combine deep expertise in psychology with a passion for primary and secondary education to help schools identify and implement the tools they need to nurture not only academic success but also emotional and social growth.
